Howard was very responsive to all my questions, and the in-house guide was great to for identifying local focal points. The area is extremely diverse, which I love. Everything from the people to the food choices. I love the green spaces around, and that there was everything we needed either a nice walk, or a short drive, away. Short drive to downtown Minneapolis and to St. Paul. The house was clean and all amenities were provided. Easy check out instructions. Would rent again

It was a cozy and comfortable. My mother was in the hospital and it was right across the street. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with cookware making it easy to make and eat meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It was restful place to stay. Howard is a very good host. I would highly recommend it.

Very convenient if you have a loved one in ANW Hospital. It’s literally right across the street from the hospital. I was in the hospital and my friends stayed in the house. They liked the fact that Panera Bread was right across the street, too, since it is located right inside the door of ANW. It was also nice to have a parking space right outside the door to the house.

Howard was great to to communicate with. We were there for the packers/vikings game and he let us stayed parked after checkout so we could feel comfortable leaving the car. He was so helpful and responded right away.

Howard is a great host and we enjoyed our week at his place. Howard is easy to communicate with and available for any questions or concerns. Although, we didn’t have any. His instructions were easy to follow. We appreciate the location. It is right across the street from Abbott Northwestern Hospital and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the Panera Bread right across the street in the hospital.

The location was fantastic! We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and found some great local cafes and shops nearby. This place was everything I was looking for in an overnight stay: comfy beds, clean linens, and an incredibly useable kitchen. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Howard was amazing every step of the way. When we had issues with the door code he immediately responded. He was very communicative and friendly! The property was clean and very close to the hospital which is exactly what we needed.

Howard ‘s airbnb was very convenient to Abbott Northwestern Hospital. We rented his apartment for two nights, I stayed one night with my husband and he stayed one night by himself as I was an overnight admission the next night. My husband is unfamiliar with downtown Minneapolis so it was a perfect place for us to stay. I kind of wondered if the traffic would present a problem for sleeping, but that was not the case. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment had all of the amenities needed to make meals but we only used the microwave the first evening to heat our supper. There was a hiccup in that the cleaning lady left towels in the tub from the previous guests, but upon contacting Howard he immediately offered to have the cleaning lady return and to credit the cleaning fee. Howard was flexible with our parking spot. I would definitely recommend Howard’s airbnb.
