Other Details to Note

The unit is located in a diverse neighborhood in the inner city of Minneapolis across the street from Abbott Northwestern Hospital-voted one of the best hospitals. The areas around the hospital are safer than most areas of Minneapolis. With that said, after the riots, crime around the city has increased and we advise guests to take necessary precautions.

It was a cozy and comfortable. My mother was in the hospital and it was right across the street. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with cookware making it easy to make and eat meals during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. It was restful place to stay. Howard is a very good host. I would highly recommend it.

Very convenient if you have a loved one in ANW Hospital. It’s literally right across the street from the hospital. I was in the hospital and my friends stayed in the house. They liked the fact that Panera Bread was right across the street, too, since it is located right inside the door of ANW. It was also nice to have a parking space right outside the door to the house.
